Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

What should I do if my credit card has been refused when placing an order?

Please check that the billing address on the credit card and the order matches. If it still does not go through, please contact your financial institution as they could be blocking the charge.

What if I purchase an item and then I see it somewhere else cheaper? Do you price match?

Yes, we do! We'll even give you a discount for coming to us.

Do you offer discounts on large quantity orders?

Definitely! We recommend registering to our Trade Program to get discounts and many more!

Can I change my order?

You can. However, since we try to ship out your orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made if the order has already been shipped out.

Do you have gift certificates?

Not at the moment, but we are working on it.

I can't find the item number - where do I look?

The item number is the SKU which can be found under the product name on the product page.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax in Wyoming currently.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify payments, GPay, and Apple Pay.
